Our goal is to create a peaceful, welcoming environment where every guest feels genuinely cared for from the moment they arrive. The following policies help us provide every client with the exceptional experience they deserve.
New Client Forms
All new guests are required to complete a confidential intake form prior to their first appointment. Returning guests will be asked to review and update any changes to their health history before each visit.
Appointment Confirmation
A valid debit or credit card is required to reserve all appointments.
Online bookings will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive one, please contact us so we can verify your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly request 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
We completely understand that illness and true emergencies happen. If you are feeling unwell, please stay home. We will gladly help you reschedule your appointment.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $45 cancellation fee. No-call/no-show appointments will be charged the full value of the scheduled service.
Arrival Time
Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This allows us adequate time to prepare your treatment room and provide every guest with our full attention. If you arrive earlier, we kindly ask that you wait until your appointment time before entering the studio.
A Quiet Space
We encourage you to disconnect from your cellphone during your treatment and simply enjoy the opportunity to rest and recharge. Of course, we understand that some guests need to remain available for emergencies.
Professional Boundaries
Your comfort, safety, and trust are our highest priorities.
Both you and your therapist have the right to end a treatment or therapeutic relationship at any time. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, mutual respect, and personal safety for everyone who enters our studio.
Mask Requests
If you prefer your therapist to wear a mask during your appointment, we are happy to accommodate your request whenever possible. Please let us know when scheduling.
Because prolonged mask use can create skin irritation for your therapist, the number of masked appointments available each week is limited. We appreciate your understanding.
Pets
For the comfort and safety of all guests, please leave pets at home.
Well-behaved service animals and emotional support animals are welcome. Please notify us in advance if one will be accompanying you.
Massage Services
All massage services are fully customized with pressure ranging from light to firm.
Requests for deep tissue techniques on any portion of your treatment will be upgraded to our Therapeutic Massage pricing.
Accessibility
Please note that the entrance to our studio includes a flight of steep stairs.
If you require assistance entering the building, please let us know and we’ll be happy to help. Unfortunately, our current location is not wheelchair accessible. If accessibility is a concern, we’d be happy to discuss alternative options.
Shoes
To help maintain a clean and relaxing sanctuary, we ask that shoes be removed upon entering our waiting area.
If you prefer, you’re welcome to bring a pair of clean indoor slippers for your visit.
Gratuities
Our pricing reflects fair industry standards and the professional, therapeutic nature of the services we provide.
While gratuities are always appreciated, they are never expected. Your trust and satisfaction are the greatest compliments you can give us.
