AromaCalm Massage

An aromatherapy with light touch massage experience utilizing therapeutic grade essential oils on the back & feet with massage on these as well as the head, & ears. Pressure is very light & the technique is designed to activate the parasympathetic nervous system (opposite of fight & flight) in order to encourage  homeostasis so that we can focus on allowing our bodies to heal & reset. A specific blend of Doterra essential oils is thought release toxins and aide in overall wellbeing. Gentle Sound therapy with singing bowls finishes the session. Sound healing therapy is a soothing practice that uses sound vibrations to promote relaxation & well-being. Instruments like singing bowls, tuning forks, & gongs produce gentle tones that help calm the nervous system, ease tension, & encourage a deep sense of peace. The rhythmic sounds engage the brain, supporting focus & restfulness, while the vibrations create a comforting sensation that enhances overall relaxation. This experience offers a quiet retreat from stress, allowing the body & mind to unwind naturally.

Sound Thai

Table Thai massage is a unique & comprehensive style of bodywork. Unlike its western counterpart, Sound Thai massage is performed with the client fully clothed. Sound Thai massage combines acupressure, gentle passive stretching, compression, & massage with sound bowls along targeted lines to create a truly holistic wellness experience.
 

Sound bowls are used directly on the body & stretching is a main component, so this modality may not be suitable for all clients. Some contraindications include those with epilepsy, those with pacemakers, arthritis, mobility & joint issues, among others . Please check with your physician prior to making an appointment. 

Sound Waves Massage

Ancient & modern sound tools such as tuning forks & singing bowls are placed on & near the body allowing the vibrations to penetrate every fiber of being & are thought to gently vibrate out toxins and blockages. The sound waves massage the body & muscles , relaxing cells & promoting rejuvenation, & allow the body the opportunity to relax & heal. You are fully clothed during this session & many walk away stating they feel more relaxed than in traditional massage!
